Meghan Markle, 36, will marry Prince Harry, 33, on May 19 2018  – and the LA born actress will certainly be kept busy ahead of the royal wedding.

It is believed Meghan, as a royal to be, is having etiquette lessons to learn to act more like Kate Middleton, 36, who is married to Prince William, 35.

Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, 61, who has flown to London to be with her daughter ahead of the nuptials, will also be having training before the wedding, said a royal etiquette expert.

“She’s literally having training right now,” said Myka Meieir, who teaches a Kate Middleton inspired $599 (£419) day course in New York entitled “The Duchess Effect”.

Meghan will have had training before every event she attends as a future royal, added Myka – who is a former member of the Royal Household of Her Majesty the Queen.

“It will be event-dependent. If she has a big event that week, someone will go through it with her beforehand,” Myka said.

What is Meghan’s title? While Meghan is not a Duchess like Kate yet, it is believed Meghan will be made a Duchess upon her marriage to Harry.

As for who leads the training process, Myka Meier added: “It’s internal aides. They don’t bring anyone in. They already have the best in the world.”

It is not known who from the bride’s family – aside from Meghan’s parents – will be invited to the wedding, however, those invited will receive “help” too, said Myka.

“They’ll be helping her family. Think about it — her mother’s a yoga teacher coming to the wedding from California.”

So what do Duchess lessons entail? The training will include a move which Kate practises called “The Duchess slant”, said Myka.

“Typically the ‘duchess slant’ is used when a lady has to sit for an extended amount of time while keeping poise and posture.

“It is the perfect pose for when a camera is shooting directly in front of you.

By slightly slanting the knees to create a zig-zag effect when wearing a dress or skirt, your legs are angled so that the camera only shoots the sides of your legs and protects your modesty.”

Meghan was seen copying Kate Middleton’s trademark leg pose during a joint appearance at the Royal Foundation Forum in February, suggesting her royal training was already in training at that point.

Last week, it was revealed a member of the royal family gave Meghan Markle a cold reception upon first meeting her.

Meghan, who will soon marry Prince Harry, met the royal family after the couple’s engagement last November.

While Queen Elizabeth II, 91, approved the wedding in an official letter, it seems not every member of the royal family is a fan of Meghan.

One particular family member gave her a “cold” reception at her first large family gathering, a source has exclusive revealed to Express.co.uk.

While Prince Philip, 96, is said to be a fan of Meghan, it is believed his second oldest son, Prince Andrew, 58, certainly isn’t.

The Duke of York is said to have displayed a noticeable dislike of Meghan compared to the rest of the royals.

“Meghan met a lot of the royal family at Sandringham House last Christmas,” the source told us.

“She had a cold reception from the Duke of York,” the source said.
